Permits and approvals, from file to approval
We handle the administrative side and the dialogue with the authorities, so your project keeps moving. We are not designers or architects: we work alongside the project’s licensed designers and coordinate the full application file until approval.
Building permit
Preparing and tracking the file: checking the documentation, obtaining the approvals required by the urban planning certificate, submission and follow-up with the issuing authority.
Operating permit
Obtaining the operating permit for the retail unit once works are complete, liaising with the city hall and the other institutions involved.
Standard approvals
Individual approvals required at each stage of the project: identified, requested and followed up until issued.
Traffic & access barrier approval
Approvals for car-park access barriers and for access and traffic changes, technically supported from a traffic-flow perspective.
