Who we are
ACVI Consulting & Business SRL is a consultancy based in Bucharest, Sector 1, specialised in obtaining permits and approvals for retail networks and commercial premises. We work across Romania and handle every file from the first step to the issued document.
How we think
A permit file works like a junction: it has flows, priorities and bottlenecks. We map them upfront, set the right order of approvals and follow every step until it is granted. We prepare complete, correct files from the first submission, to cut requests for clarification and the risk of rejection.
What we do — and what we don’t
We coordinate the documentation, the approvals and the dialogue with the authorities (city halls, the fire authority/ISU, road administrators — DRDP, CNAIR, the Traffic Police), so you have a single point of contact and a clear view of progress. We are not designers: we work alongside the project’s licensed designers and turn their work into a file that gets approved.
